When a tenancy comes to an end it is standard practice for the landlord or letting agent to carry out a final inspection of the house and satisfy themselves that the property has been left in a good condition including carpets and oven being left clean and hygienic. Ordinarily a tenant is responsible for seeing to this, and only once the property is cleaned to a high standard will their rental deposit be refunded.
Here at Prestige Cleaning Services, we have been helping tenants with end of tenancy cleaning in South Cerney for many years. We are recommended by local landlords and letting agents in South Cerney who regard us highly when it comes to cleaning and preparing a property for new tenants.
Our professional carpet and oven cleaning technicians in South Cerney know exactly what is required to leave a tenanted property in, to ensure the tenants fulfil the contractual requirements of a tenancy agreement and satisfy both the landlord and the tenant.
